John Werkheiser

John has over 15 years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry in various finance roles, largely focused on scaling high-growth insurance organizations. As the CFO of Totalis, his team supports accounting and finance functions across the division, as well as supports the Retail P&C Industry and Risk Practice Groups.

Prior to joining NFP in 2019 and becoming the CFO of Totalis in 2024, he spent nine years at Wells Fargo Insurance Services and USI Insurance Services, where he supported their Corporate FP&A function and P&C National Practice Groups.

John holds a bachelor’s in finance from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
